LEGO is a line of construction toys specifically made in plastic by The Lego Group Company. The company is a privately owned company located in Billund, Denmark. The company’s primary product, Lego, mainly consist of colored interlocking plastic bricks that have a series of gears, little figures and other parts that will enable the toy to become complete. These are interconnected in many ways into buildings, vehicles, and robots which make these particular toy line a favorite at any time. Adding to the fun is that anything constructed can then be easily taken apart again, and the same pieces used to build other different objects.
The Lego group is a fascinating company to look at, not only for its cool company name but also its roots. The company started in Ole Kirk Christiansen’s workshop in where it remained situated from 1891 to 1958. Ole Kirk, a carpenter from Billund, Denmark begun making toys out of wood in 1932.
